Job Offer: Quality Inspector

We are looking for a skilled Quality Inspector.

✦ Employment Type: Full-time
✦ Location: Dunajská Streda Kostolné Kračany (MINIT SLOVAKIA, spol. s r. o.)
✦ Working Hours: Three-shift operation
✦ Salary: 1,250 € – 1,550 € gross/month (1,250 € base salary + 100 € monthly bonus + 143 € attendance bonus + statutory night shift allowances)
✦ Start Date: Immediately

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitoring compliance with production procedures, technological parameters, and hygiene standards
• Resolving non-conformities and informing supervisors about identified issues
• Responsibility for final product inspection and product release
• Collecting samples for in-process quality control, laboratory analyses, and baking tests
• Measuring product losses during baking and recording results
• Preparing samples from production and distributors for evaluation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary education (preferably in food production or a related field)
• Knowledge of Slovak and Hungarian at at least an intermediate level (B1)
• Accuracy, reliability, good communication skills, and willingness to work in a three-shift operation
• Tasting bakery products must not be an issue
• Suitable for candidates with vocational secondary education, secondary education with a graduation certificate, or post-secondary/higher vocational education
